Five months ago, we hosted a series of Zoom calls with Nudge alumni like you, imagining what the next phase of Nudge could become. In one of those sessions, Hammed Kayode Alabi said: “Please take your time to revise what Nudge needs to become next.” We took that to heart. After many deep conversations with Nudgers, potential partners, and the new team, we now feel ready to launch the next chapter.

Over the past months we kept running into you, everywhere. Across industries, continents, and roles, you continue working on the sustainability and social challenges that first brought this community together. What started over a decade ago has grown into a global network of more than 1,300 mission-driven professionals. We’re excited to carry that forward.

What's next?

Better Future and Leaderscope have joined forces to take Nudge forward. 

The ambition is simple: build on the energy that already exists in this community and create a future-forward platform for leaders who want to shape what comes next. Through new programmes and events, we will bring together young professionals, experienced change agents and alumni to explore how global shifts are reshaping industries, and how we can accelerate change together.

Our focus is on intergenerational leadership, coalition building in and across industries, and turning foresight into collective action. Always with the same Nudge spirit: setting great things in motion, together.
